Credit Card Declined

I have tried three different seed banks and two different cards but when checking out it always rejects the cards. Anyway I can get around this or a seed bank that won't have this problem?

The seed banks were: Attitude, Nirvana, and worldwide marijuana seeds.

i live in usa , and i used a pre-payed master card for nirvana with no problems .
tryed the same with attitude and was declined.
had my girfriend use a real credit card with attitude and it worked.
try nirvana again with a prepay card you can buy them at almost any store

some cc wont let u by shit from over seas websites....i know i had to call and autherize such purchases...

oh and if your using a prepaid credit card /gift card then you have to register your card ..search it up on google. i had a mastercard gift card... and i had to register before buying shit online.

Yeah one card is a visa prepaid and the other is just my regular visa bank card. I can try again tonight but its getting frustrating. I just want some seeds. And I did register the prepaid one. Maybe it take a day to activate? I will try.

check your prepaid card's rules because attitude takes prepaid, i've done it. just some cards don't work internationally. i switched to using my own credit card after a while, attitude is very reputable. they don't care to f* over their clients.

Just call the card company and they will OK it, they are trying to protect you from being ripped off. The software they use stops the transaction for 3 reasons

1 over card limit
2 a purchase in another country you have never been to with their card. It's to protect you for the rippers. I travel all over and still get turned down the odd time. Most people get mad or freek out. I just call and they say OK we were worried.

3 Of course keep your payments up.

And read the small print. Some cards explicitly state valid for US purchases only. Walmart sells those kinds of gift cards.
After registering on line, it should only take about two hours for it to hit the charging system.

Most will accept international money orders if left blank, check their web site. I have done this many times and even sent cash once and it all worked out.

IMO credit card is to scary.

Take a vacation to canada buy your seeds, go to a home depot or wallmart, buy 6 packs of garden seeds, empty one pack put your seeds in reseal and mail in a birthday card to you.

Ha Canada is a long trip for me. I'm down south. I'm going to try everything that was said to do in this thread. Been a lot of help guys.

Called the card company and they said since it is just a temporary card that it has a restriction of only being able to make purchases in the US. My real card will not get to me till like the 8th on July. And with no seed banks located in the US I will just have to wait I guess.

Thanks for this thread. I was about to go purchase a gift card when this caught my eye. After doing some research it looks like the kind available to me are all restricted to US purchases. Of course there is always some kind of bullshit when dealing with CC rules. If anyone finds a type of card that can be used from the US for seed banks, please post.
