Anything that makes ~5v 1Khz PWM signal would work and they can be stacked. Arduinos are a great choice for this role.quick question for the electronics wizards: the meanwell ldd-l and ldd-h bucks, they say they have a pwm dimmer circuit -- what is needed to control dimming? and can 1 control work for multiple bucks?
thanks, i have an uno laying around, a beaglebone black, and some rpis (I think they have at least 1 PWM channel)... so i guess I have some options. I just wasnt sure if I needed 1 channel per puck or whether I could stack them.Anything that makes ~5v 1Khz PWM signal would work and they can be stacked. Arduinos are a great choice for this role.
The uno and your power supply need to share a common ground on the inputs of those meanwells and the outputs need to be isolated to just the leds each one drives.thanks, i have an uno laying around, a beaglebone black, and some rpis (I think they have at least 1 PWM channel)... so i guess I have some options.
