Creepy Yellow Fungus!! Pics...

It's creepy. it's kooky and altogether spooky. Some kind of mushroom I think.
Not to mention the typical mold you see there with it.

This is a clone in soil kind of trip. I had to elevate the humidity dome(coke bottle) and add plastic wrap to keep the plant from transpiring after it got moldy in the soil around the plant. So that's the explanation for the chopsticks and stuff.

I'll admit I saw some yellowish stuff in the soil bag before I used it. I threw that part out and used the rest hoping for the best. Looks like I got a science project going now though.

One of the growths looks like a little penis so I thought I'd throw that pic in the mix there.

So what is it? How to get rid of it? I already know about the mold/humidity thing but I'd like to hear of any method to get rid of mold/fungi without harming the plants.

TY RIU! :)

I Appreciate your reply I just put that there to highlight my question and hopefully spur some discussion (HELLO ROLL IT UPPERS?!?!)
That wasn't really directed at you as a snark.

I had another seedling I moved to a larger container and the was a little of the shroomage down below the surface on the side.
I gotta water my plants so letting it dry is no option really.

Surprisingly my Mom seems to know all about it!

Sunlight will kill it but this is indoor and like I said down I saw some down below too.

She told me to take some 35% hydrogen peroxide and mix it 11 to one with distilled water. (HP apparently doesn't last long in chlorinated H2O.)
So I'm gonna try it 1st by spraying the surface at least and then maybe add some when I water tomorrow.
All this will be done very gradually to see how the weeds respond. She seemed confident that it wouldn't hurt my plants but I'll be cautious anyway.

Hopefully down the line this thread will help anyone with a similar problem when they do a search for "Creepy Yellow Fungus" or just a plain old mold problem.

They are kind of cool but they just don't belong there! :)

fuck man! My clones finally gave in and when I dug down to see if they had even rooted I saw that this rotten fucking mushroom fungus had roots all the way down and filling up the soil. FUCK! I had some seedlings in where two clones had died a few days ago and they seem to be thriving.

Problem with cloning in soil is that to keep the clones humid you get mold and fungus nastiness as well.

In the future I will make damn sure my soil is fungus free but for this round I'll just go with seedlings.

BAH!
