Crispy brown leaves on bottom of plant seedling please help

The bottom of my seedling are turning brown and seem to by dying and the plants feel crispy I am watering enough do I don't know what it could be ps its my first grow

What dirt are you using? Dirts like miracle gro are prenutrientized and don't work for the weed plant
