Crispy bud and dying leaves, only 5 weeks into flowering....

Hey everyone,

This is the farthest I have gone into a grow and I hope I don't lose this plant like I have lost my last ones. The strand you see is Northern Lights from Nirvana and has just finished its 5th week of flowering. The fan leaves have started to turn yellow, wilted, and appear dying. The bud got really burnt at the top and I have since cut it off but I feel the plant is losing its moisture and is becoming more and more dry.

The plants are usually kept at a temperature between 70-75 degrees and are being fed about every 4 - 6 days, currently with a mixture of 1700PPM/6.1pH Any suggestions or advice on what I should do next and how I can save my plant before I completely fry it would be greatly appreciated.

Don't think that flushing will do much now... I feed at 2500 ppm wo burning, not saying their not burnt but I think he has an underlying problem.. I have burnt so many plants in so many different ways I have learned to tell how they have been burnt lol

The reason I say they might not be burnt is if you look at one of the pics that shows the whole plant you can see some leaves showing signs of magnesium def..

get plain water to those plants ASAP bro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

If you want to smoke that I wouldnt even give anything but water untill harvest actually.

WHAT IS YOUR GROW MEDIUM DUDE???

1700 ppms is way to high. The max I ever go is 1450 and thats only with strains that can handle it. Mostly 1100-1250ppms before they burn.

I would agree 2500 sounds real high but this strain is a eater. Usually the highest I would recommend is around 1500 ppm. To OP, Did you spray anything on your plants? And sorry don't keep journals, been doin this so long kinda loses its excitement lol

Thanks for the feedback guys... In the meantime, I gave the plant a gallon of 6.8pH water and have taken some additional pictures:
