crispy shrivled leafs

starting a few days ago noticed some crispyness to my leafs. im not sure if its genitics or something im doing. its on 3/9 plants. only a certain strain. im growing 3 diff strains and only 1 is showing it.
any idea whats going on?

ocean forrest soil. temps have been 73-80. got really bad when moved from CFL to 1000w MH, but had it before.
the one that has it worst is growing the fastest and drinking the most water.

Ocean forest is heavy w Nutes. It should really only be used in flower or mixed w a lighter mix. Also how close r u keeping them to the light in the 1000w room? And ur humidity? If these r correct see what ur ph is after u water, by testing the water in the tray. If all of this is correct flush ur soil w at least 5 gal of water, ph balanced. Hope this helps!
