Critical Kush outdoor grow tips?

Ohh ok, I thought they were microbes that killed bugs but seems I was wrong so

This is the thread I referenced for making the soil mix. Amazing stuff so far! The only thing is that since this thread has been posted, CC has changed the minerals in the mix. It used to be

4x - Glacial Rock Dust
1x - Bentonite
1x - Oyster Shell Powder
1x - Basalt

But CC eventually realized that the glacial rock dust isn't nearly as good as the Basalt for some reason (I forget) and that the bentonite isn't actually needed. What he uses now is

2x - Basalt
1x - Oyster Shell
1x - Glacial Rock Dust

This soil doesn't take very long to be ready though. Just mix it all up, throw it in your pots and keep things moist until you're ready to plant your babies. Even better if you get yourself some red wrigglers and throw them in there too! Always happy to help in any way I can! :)
My local farm describes there compost as this... The finished compost is sreened to remove any large pieces of wood or stones. What is left looks like the best brownie mix and smells almost as good as chocolate.Compost is not dirt or even soil. By adding it to your existing gardens, compost brings vital nutrients, fertilizers and microbials along with an organic matter "sponge" that he.lps soil retain moisture during drought. Do you think this is OK to use or will making cc's mix with this create to much fungi and microbes ect and possibly hurt the plants. They also offer a 50/50 mix with top quality top soil/loam and a lil sand. Last question and I'm out of everybody's hair. Thanks again I can't wait to start.

Not in anyone's hair man, that's what the forums are for :)

Sounds like legit stuff, I'm sure you'll be just fine using it so long as you stick to your 1:1:1 ratio of peat/(compost or EWC)/aeration. As far as I know, putting too much compost into your mix isn't what hurts them. The problem is when the compost is still decomposing and not fully composted. The decomposing process can get pretty hot and you run the risk of essentially frying your roots. Decomposing compost can reach temps well above 150 degrees, having your roots in that is a recipe for disaster. However if it's been fully decomposed and is 100% compost, you'll be fine using the stuff.

Again, the microbes will take care of everything. The microbes will control their own population so there is never too many or too little. The only time your soil will have too little microbes is if there isn't enough aeration/moisture.

But yeah man, sounds like good stuff. Just keep in mind that your soil will only be as good as the humus you put in it. High quality compost/EWC will pretty much decide the bulk of your results. Best wishes with your project, sounds like fun!

Look folks, I did nothing special for my plants. I yielded almost 2 lbs each. 55 gallon contractor bags filled about 40-45 gallons of Pro-mix BX and added some Espoma All purpose. I fed with whatever I had laying around. Some Miracle grow, some Grow More Hula for bloom boost. Foliar fed with some Hula and Triacontanol.
I don't need expensive crap to get good results. Such as GLACIAL ROCK DUST! Seriously, believe all the hype that's behind that stuff. I've used it and just about everything else out there. It doesn't do anything.
As long as you got your nutrients correct for the plant, and PH is within, you will yield a quality product. Do you think MG's salts are somehow inferior to AN's? NO, that's the answer.
Now go out and grow some weed.
How much direct sunlight did these lady's get each day?
