Critical Kush weird mutation

So I've been growing this Barneys farm CK and the top of the plant is just fan leaves..... the actual nodes are underneath and are way underdeveloped

I google search it a bit and came across another case just like it and it was also BF critical kush! what do you guys think

Some are just mutant prone I think. I was going to say Gumboldt but that was a long time ago and maybe just me.
