Critique My Setup

Hey Everyone. Been lurking here for a while, sponging information.

I've decided on a set up and I'd like some feedback to see if I'm missing anything. My setup is as follows:

Flower / Veg Room:

(1) Secret Jardin DR90 Tent (3x3x6)
(1) Lumitek 250/400
(1) Maverick Sun Reflector 18"
(1) Hanging Kit
(1) each, 250W MH, 400W HPS
(1) 6" 450 CFM fan w/ fan speed contriler
(1) Charcoal filter

4x4x4 Seedling / Veg Area:

(1) Sun Blaze 2" 4 lamp T5 HO
(1) Clip On Fan
(1) Light Duty Charcoal Air Purifier

Seeds

(6) Nirvana - AK-48 - Regular
(3) Seedsman - White Widow - Feminized
(3) Green House - Cheese - Feminized

Both "rooms" are in a step down into my crawlspace. I will drawing air from the house, into the rooms and venting scrubbed air into a 1500 sq foot sealed, dry crawlspace. We own the home so no big worries about super stealth.

My goal is to have 2-4 plants in flower, and a mother and some clones under the T5's. Small and efficient for personal use only, and a good challenge. Ultimate goal is to grow some killer organic bud, not too worried about yield.

I still need to research organic soil and nutrient options and figure out pot sizes. The tent comes tomorrow so I will play around with pot sizes once I set it up. I'm a little concerned about venting into the crawlspace.

Any comments / feedback appreciated.

I'd get the 600w dimmable ballast. It doesn't cost much more and just use your 400 bulb in the 3x3 tent for now. Eventually you'll be glad for the ability to use the 600.

I don't see why you need the MH at all.

Why do you even need the tent?

I'd recommend saving the organics for later. You have enough to learn and get dialed in for now.

I agree with illegal smile, get a 600W ballast for your 3x3 tent... it will kick ass. For pot size id defiantly go with some 3/5gallon smart pots, that's what i use in my 3x3 flower tent and it fits nice. For organics there's not much you need throughout veg, but for flower a simple compost tea or organic grow/bloom will do just fine.

I should have mentioned I have received - or have on order - everything in the list. I'm not much of a DIY guy so the tent with gives me a quick set up that I can put anywhere in the house. I considered 600W but was worried about heat. I have the MH to veg in the tent. My thought was clones / seedlings / early veg / under the T5's, off to the tent under MH for further veg, swap in the 400 hps to flower.

Do you go rock wool right in to the 5G pot?

As for the organic, only way I want to grow. Seems to be a lot of products on the market.

I didn't ask for advice on what to order, I asked for feedback or comments on my setup:

I'm wondering if anyone has the same/ similar setup, who has grown similar strains, ideas on organics, things to look out for, etc.
