cross breeding females help me please!!!

so i have two females im trying to breed and get fem seeds. my own seeds. i have a sativa dom and an indica dom i wana cross. i have the sativa in veg state and want to lit the indica go past harvest to produce pollen the harvest the pollen to use on the other. the problem iv ran into is that i dont know how long its going to take to do this my indic is ready to harvest but i still see no pollen. does anyone have any addvice for me? iv grown a few times but this is my first attempt at breeding please i need help.

Your indica dom should begin putting out pollen sacks at about 10-14 days after the time it should be harvested (as indicated by the breeder), you can then just collect them up in a baggie with some tweezeras and a good eye, and those little flowers can now be used to pollinate your sativa dom or if shes not flowering yet put them in the fridge thwy keep for weeks and you can pollinate whenever you feel ready. thats what i planned to do was save the pollen i just didnt know when i would see pollen, another thing i was unsure of is where they would grow. i assumed from the bud books i have ever read that theyll shoot off the top of my cola so they are higher when the pollens released to make fertalization esyer but a buddy thought they would grom right inside my bud and just grow seeds. i begged to differ and insisted they would shoot a seperate set of pollen sacks that would pollinate instead of the female buds growing seeds without seeing male flowers.

no i wish i would but today i realized my pistils are starting to fall off and my leaves are turning so i think its time i should harvest

No!! Dont harvest if your plant is normal and healthy just relax and let it go dont get impatient or youll never see any late flower pollen sacks, if you absolutely must harvest the top cola and a feq big side nugs and leave rhe rest to finiah up and see if you get any. And oh yeah man they grow all over like tops sides tjeyll come out the woodwork but its all strain and even more specifically pheno and plant related. This is all just from my limited experience, i havent been doing this long but i hope it helps

well i lollipoped her so she has mostly one large bud. it spaces out a little and u can see lower branches but shes the only girl i have in flower atm. i started flushing her nutes a few days ago and now shes lookin droopy. i didnt wana drown her so i let the water run right through. idk why she drooped and last week her littlest buds were dryin up. do u still think i should harves or start with a new pollen mother? bc i have 2 more of the same strain.

Some strains have solid genetics and may never produce nanners. Time will tell...be patient.

but what if my plant dies and i just end up loosing the bud bc it didnt produce?? how many days should i wait after iv switched to 12/12 till i should harvest?
