CS timing question

I have a plant which I have sprayed with CS, she definitely is producing pollen sacs, but how do I know when the pollen is about to start popping? I would like to separate her from the others so I can pollinate a specific branch on each plant rather than coating my entire room with pollen if possible.

The look like they almost ready to pop. I have a few plants outdoors I am going to start spraying with CS in a few days. They're Auto's and getting close to flowering time.
