not sure about CSI's address but afaik the common way to mail payment is priority with tracking, no signature required. If the payment takes a weird, delayed route, tracking # can be useful to verify with vendor over email that money is on its way.

Like others have already said, a Post Office Box is an unattended, rented, secure mailbox at a postal branch office. It is only deliverable by USPS because it has no street address associated with it. UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. will not deliver to a PO Box for that reason--there is no associated street address. (Technically it exists at a street address, but it's not a street address like a business, apartment building, house, etc.) Also, because PO boxes are unattended, no one will sign for delivery and your letter/package will be returned.Here's what it says when I try order online from the website
