The man (an experienced politician) shouldn’t just know not to cross boundaries?

This group he works with are his staff. He is the Governor. He is in a position of authority over them and if he acted like he’s been accused of acting he used his power over them.
I’ve been in a position of authority with women on my staff and I never found a desire or need to touch them or comment on their sexuality.
I was just a manager. Shouldn’t a state Governor hold himself to a better standard?

I understand his thinking that Trump would have used anything he could to try to attack Cuomo so while I am not a fan at all of him fudging the numbers, that is at least somewhat understandable since it really didn't change anything.
The sexual harassment is toxic masculinity defined and should put the nail in his political career. Fuck him, there are plenty of other talented people out there that can do the job just as well and not have what will end up being a steady flow of whataboutism's following them for the rest of their political careers.
If he would have come out and owned up to his actions and used it as a teaching moment for people who thought that sexual harassment was 'flirting', I would have had a lot more respect for him.
But I don't get to vote for him, so I really don't have a say in it.
