Light stress is real

Plants are a myth
My point is you'll never get that much light without first having heat problems. That's why i don't really believe anyone saying they have it. I will retract my characterization of light stress as a myth and just say its very improbable and often mistaken for heat stress.

Can you please drop your light within a inch of your plant and post some pics in a few hours?

Shouldn’t be a issue since plants can’t get too much light.
Ahh see there you go again. But you and i both know they couldn't handle the heat else i would be doing it.

Bro i will drop them as much as i can without worrying about heat. Let me see what i can do. I'm not scared to try new things for science.
You should be able to hold your hand within a inch of your light for a hour easily.

Wow bro really? I'm smarter than the average stoner alright. I deduced the fact that you have a nicer setup than me because of your statement about wrapping your hands around your bars at full power. You've got a better cooling system than me by far.

I don’t run any active cooling, bro….

Here you guys go. I put my money where my mouth is. Now how many of you think this is gonna cause problems? Maybe it will and ill learn something. Maybe it won't. Also waiting to see some signs of burn as y'all keep telling me 1800 ppm is too much even though I've been running it for a week now.

Can you show us the ppfd numbers please? Or you’re just guessing?

I’d says you’re at about 800-900 as I’ve ran boards for years prior to my strips.

Lmao. Yeah i don't have a meter. But i looked up the specs of this board and it says 949 at 15.5 inches. about are the strips really that much more ppfd? So even as close as I moved it I shouldn't have light stress? I'd really need the strips to test out this theory huh?

Oh I ran boards for years before I started running strips too.

So do you anticipate any problems from "light stress" at the current height i showed above? Or is that where i should have it anyway to get more ppfd out of a cheap light? I think they were actually stacking pretty damn well at about 30 inches.
