I am friggin' impressed by the "New" Rollitup. I couldn't imagine why we were down the morning of 420. Anyway, I want to put up some of my work. I have somre really cool Jerry Garcia/Roberta Weir art mounted on some bottles, but think photos are elsewhere. But you might like a few pictures of my work.

Good work brother.

I like how you took your art and applied it to something that other wise,, would have been trash.

Excellent job :hump:

wow, thought i was just tripping. 10 minutes ago I thought I had a fresh idea about doing personalised jars for friends then I just checked new posts and wallah, some ones already done it :) thought id seen into the future, :o
anyway, what medium did you use on the jars, paint? or do you use a laser to carve the glass? (for the lettering).
Sick work tho bro

ps. what Im trying to say is how did you do it?

Ima tell you rite now,,,, I would pay a few bucks for a personalized painting on a curing jar.

Hell I would pay for a cool painting that you thought of on a curing jar.<<< They would make a good glass canvas for you to work on :hump:

Let's see. Laser Sucks BIG TIME for any work on glass. Just can't get deep enough to make an impact. Anything more than a single pass will create an ugly mess. I sand blast and use the stencil for the painting stencil. I used plain old acrylic paint. Generally I don't paint clear glass, but helps with photos. The paintings are actual canvases mounted on the bottles inside an etched frame.
