Curing methods?????

What is a good, tried and tested, fail safe, no bullshit, curing method??

let your buds hang to dry until the stems snap when bent...then put them in glass airtight jars and open the jars a couple times a day to let the condensation out..repeat for about 3-4 weeks.

There must be a high risk of mould tho??

There is a good chance of mold. If your glass-cured buds ever start smelling of ammonia, take them out and put them in a brown paper grocery bag. Leave them there for a couple of days, turning them daily to allow even drying. After that, it's back to the jars. But if the jarring is done correctly, you should not have any problems.
