Curing necessary with edibles ?

newbie here . I know about decarb and whyits necessary and plan on this . But do buds NEEED to be cured before decarb if you are only going make edible and not smoke it ??? Thanks in advance

It's up to you.... A properly cured bud will have a different effect than a bud that isn't cured, out of the same harvest non the less. Personal preference, try both and see what you like.
