Bud will simply eqalize with the humidity and stay that way for a while or any unjarred bud in your part of the world would simply overdry and float off in a light breeze in 48 hours.Guess I haven't let my bud get that dry in a long time Ill try it this winter and see what happens. I dont use a meter and dry 2 weeks in the summer just worry about too dry buds in the winter.
You need to be near zero moisture for bud to crumble and at a dry 10% this simply isnt enough.
If bud overdries well mainly the bud wasnt that well grown, crisp and crunch after two weeks then thats imperfect grown organic matter releasing all its moisture past equibrium
