Curing

Hey guys so i notice when i dry my buds for about 7 days I put them in jars about after 2 to 3 weeks I notice the smell isnt as strong is this normal? I keep them in glass jars humidity always 60 to 65

Depends on the strain\pheno really...as well as a lot of other factors..

65 seems a bit high - 62/63 is more of the sweet spot that I've found..

Leave them two weeks then, smell is from it being dry not curing, sounds like it was still a tad damp in places after the week drying which kills the smell and taste if it's jarred then.

Well what should the humidity be say when I throw them in the jar the first day after dry

For me, after the dry, I try to hit 66-68..

From what I understand, it doesn't even start curing till 65..

I work it to 65 pretty quick, and from there, I slowly work it down to 62/63..

I use a mix of Caliber 3 and Caliber 4 hygrometers to keep track of where I'm at in my curing containers.
