Curious...

I Know Growing Is More Difficult Than I First Thought. If I Wanted To Begin Growing, What Are Some Good Learning Materials I Can Learn From That Are Most Likly Already On This Forum? Is It Possible For Me To Grow From Inside My Closet? I Have 2 Parents, But They Respect My Privacy & Never Snoop Around In My Room, So My Closet Is The Prime Spot. Also... I Read That There Are Usually Seeds In The Weed When You Buy It From Someone, And That You Could Use Those To Grow. Is That True? Any Information Is Appreciated!

Closet grows are def possible, but take a good amount of planning due to the typical heat or humidity standards you want to maintain for you plant(s). I would check out some of the cool setups on the site and see what will work for your application/space. There is a wealth of knowledge on here if you dig around. I would also reccomend purchasing a cutting or seeds from a reliable source, so that you don't waste time, money and resources on a "mystery seed" that may be a male or bad female genetic. I feel planning is key to a successful grow, whether its 1 plant or 100 plants.

look for 'sticky 'threads. they are usually correct and have a wealth of info

Google... Whatever you want to know type it into google followed by "rollitup"

For example "Female preflowers rollitup"
"How to top rollitup"
"fan for 4x4 rollitup"

Rollitup was the best site that I found!! It's not SUPER hard to grow but it's not a piece of cake. I'd google and watch videos on everything your wanting to learn.
lights
soil/ph levels
nutes
temp/time/humidity
etc...

Pick up a grow book from Barnes n noble or borders.


Jorge Cervantes and Ed rosenthal both have great books for beginning growers

Or maybe it's a little newbie learning to grow?! A few of my friends all 22+ capitalize EVERY frickin letter! As annoying as it is, some people just type that way!

Naw, he has another thread trying to find a doc in CN that will give him MMJ. In the thread he says flat out he is a 16 year old. I have reported him. If RIU admin thinks it's ok he's here...who am I to argue? But I will not reply to any more postings. To the OP, come back in 2 years bud, we'll leave a light on fer ya.
