Curled in leaves

Hi

My plant in the picture at the back right hand side has curling in leaves, the other leaves on other plants are okay, I was wondering if it was the temp but its a steady 80 and humidity is around 56-60% is there another problem with it im missing out? The other plant leaves are fine, ive looked at the stem and they are normal colour nothing out of the ordinary. That one plant did grow really dwarf looking and strange and then went bigger then the other two.....

any opinions people :)

going after the light ? plants doooooo move to the light my best guess get more lighting in that room cfl cheap work great
