Curled leaf

Today after work I noticed a few curled leafs on my plant and was wondering if I'm running into a deficiency
Soil is fox farm ocean forest
Mission grow PH'd at 6.5
Light viparspectra v300 @23 inches

Pretty sure that's either slightly over watered or a bit too much nitrogen. I'm a noob though so wait for a few more replies. Looks like plenty of moisture in there, I'd give it a day or 2 to dry some.

Classic N overdose. Overwatering makes the whole plant droop. Not overwatering. Flush with about 3X the soil volume of water. Tap water fine.

Should I wait for it to dry out or flush now? Btw that's for the fast response
Flush now. If it's wet now it's just gonna be wet after you flush. It's going to get worse before it gets better. N toxicity is way more harmful than a short period of overwatering
