Curling and Discoloured Leaves PLS HELP!!!!

Hey all, I would really appreciate some help here. About 2 weeks ago my plants over night just started curling their leaves, plants did not look so healthy. What is a good colour green leaf? Anyway so I have put it down to a few things.

Heat as my grow room is pretty dam hot i DONT have a hygrometer ( it broke so need to buy a new one just been too stoned to move haha jokes, been lazy ) So i took my ladies outside and they have kinda started to come right but curled leaves still curled

Second thing it could be. I have been feeding them GHS nutrient powder every feeding so i think i over did it on the nutes, i have since flushed and its been almost a week no water or feeding, letting the soil dry up.

3rd it could be PH but im not too sure, i have been told that with soil the medium should have a buffer in it like lime or something. i use a product called german superior peat. ph of 6.5. and mushroom compost ph of 5.5 and then perlite.

What else could this problem be, some of the tips of my plants as you can maybe see are redish pinkish colour, not too sure if this is because of the cold, since having them outside.

Any help would be most appreciated. I know im not overwatering because i use the wick system, leave my pots in a container fill the container and my plants soak it up from the bottom so top stays dry bottom sucks up the goodness. Aiiiiiii folks im so tired of having shit go wrong and i honestly love growing and i look after my plants, i dont do anything that i shouldnt so i am really banging my head against the wall here

Something is off. Time to learn more about your soil and nutes.

They will die if you dont get them back inside under the light they were under. You need to cool the room and raise the lights. Re locating and putting them out in the hot sun has shocked them especially the young ones, it was the worst thing you could have done .
Back inside and get off your lazy fat ass and get some equipment to cool the room

Why will they die if i dont get them back honestly i would like a valid reason, they have actually come right since taking them outside. They are loving the sun, I live in south africa. My grow room has been perfected now. Installed an 8inch Ruk Fan, Temp and Humidity controller and a raptor 8" Reflector. grow room is sitting at 24 degrees and the days have been 28 degrees plus lately. I know what i have done wrong and the advice or lack of in this forum is really bad. No help at all no solid advice just amateurs guessing. Anyway this forum has gone down over the years so i wont be returning. Its spring time now so outdoor season is apon us.

You say that will die if i dont get them back inside, explain that, i told you that they went like that due to being indoors then you come with a random statement and say they will die because the sun has shocked them lol, how do outdoor plants grow then. Bugeye you too are a complete fuck up, any ass hole can give advice like that... SOMETHING IS OFF!!!!!!!!! NO FUCKING SHIT SHERCOCK. but im glad i am experienced enough to have corrected the problem myself. Holy fucking shit i feel sorry for newbies coming here for advice.

What was the problem(s) and how did you correct it?

High humidity and high heat in the grow room along with too much nutrients being fed. I have flushed the soil and given only water, left them outside in the shade and the leaves have become green again, not dark green but a healthy light green, new growth has come back and plants are bushier, some leaves have unfolded but the ones that where bad i pulled off. The clones OR small plants they have grown a little too and are also looking alot better.

Good move on moving outdoor in the shade a few days at first,than full sun.Next round or this one if you have the time.try a meter sq planter box,fill it with nursery soil,and set up a drip feed.I use a powder nutrient(Maxsea grow 16-16-16)for veg.feed-water-water-feed.
You can reuse the soil too.
Watch this 1 plant grow to at least 2lbs dry bud weight.
