Curling during flower, an leaves turn lime green

So my one blueberry lemon has leafs at top that won't uncurl am my other blueberry lemon I notice the bottom leaves turned green as the rest plant stay lime green (top). Pic with 3 plants blueberry lemon is in front obviouslyIMG_20210522_061301.jpgIMG_20210520_060653.jpg

Can you give us a little more info please along with the feed? Looks like you're growing in soil, is that correct? How often do you water? When did the issues begin? Have you attempted to correct and if so, how?
