They did get fed with the lights on but the substrate still remains cool. The plants are nearly 5 feet with the bottom 32” being bare the pots are far from the lights. looking closer at some of the pics you may have to bump amount up ... try 2 tablespoons per gallon for maintenance level amount.
Some of the leaf is showing brown spots... that narrow leaf Sativa plant will run long ( FYI ) some can go 13 weeks plus.
