Curling spikes on leaves? Help? (pics provided)

Hey guys it's me again... look at how big they have gotten!
I don't know why, but i have started to notice them curling a little bit. Also, the leaves seem to be warping and becoming retarded looking... Any ideas why?

I have neutral soil. I feed it veg nutes every second water, I do about 400 ppm. If all that is good, should I just water it less?
