Current coco grow, looking at Aeroponics, need advice

OK so currently i am doing my first ever grow with coco, and i am looking for a more automated system. I work away a lot, so i rely on automated watering systems, my timers and lady luck to let my girls grow. But i know hydro/aero is the way to go. Can someone give me some advice on something i can leave alone for 5 days at a time? I have seen a 100 litre tank set up that looks good, but could do with some advice from someone in the know.

Set up cost isnt really an issue, however much i spend is offset by how much i wont spend sourcing weed elsewhere. But ofc i dont want to go too mad, but i want high yield and very high quality.

So considering my situation of being away a lot, is aero the way to go? Or maybe hydro?

id stay with the coco and automate it as much as you can. ive done coco and alot of aero and coco can give the same yields as aero can and can be automated as much as aero can. the only big down side imo is the moving and disposal of the coco. may not be a problem for just a small setup but for larger setups there is alot of work with coco.
