regarding driving them hard, they are actually a little less efficient that way. lets use a 185 watt driver (200ish actual watts) to make thing simple.
those strips take a max of 1400ma so you could run 6 at full blast. if you instead run them at 1050ma x 8 strips you will get more light out of each watt to put it simple since the diodes are cooler. Ideally though, running them at only 700ma and using 12 strips makes them even more efficient. This would have the added benefit of more diodes spread over your canopy. Really comes down to how much you want to spend on strips and aluminum.

@TintEastwood linked you to I think have a tiny bit of red, but are 90cri. much better quality of light overall. they would be a great choice, i am thinking of grabbing some of those myself. just search the forum for eb gen3 and you will find a bunch of threads with people discussing them.
if you are only going to flower the 2x5 then i think the 2 185w drivers will be plenty. could probably do just fine with 2 150w.
