I have sent 2 emails to you in the last couple of days
And yet you can not email me back ?Another paying customer. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for 2 boards and 8 strips. All single channel.
I have lost count on how many times I have tryed contacting you either thru email Dm on this fourm but different thread. The only email I have had (after payment) from you was on the 2/4 saying that you hope my order will be done in 24-48hrs and that is after I placed my order on the 25/3. I went thru all the terms and conditions on your site before placing my order.
I can see why so many people are pissed off including myself. Your site says holding x amount of stock in many different variables and you site state's shipment is usually 24-48hrs after payment is received unless back order is a issue, so consumers shop according to your stock levels.
I couldn't find any mention of production and/or manufacturing time custom design being the exception.
Miss leading well that's one way to describe it it I could think of a couple of others. Imagine my furstation waking up checking my emails 53 times a day and nothing but you have time to reply here. I understand it is Saturday outside of business hours and I do appreciate that so that must be taken into account.
I did not want to make this post but I am running out of choices.
