If I had to cut back I would just put aside a baggie of 2g and watch it slowly dwindle away, and make sure I'm taking enough to get baked, and leaving enough to get baked on the remaining days of that week.
That's how I usually work it when I have to cut back, you don't build up a tolerance when smoking that little, and you just smoke when you want to... Sometimes I'm just chillin there and not trying to get baked or anything just enjoying myself and I end up with like a gram and a half at the end of the week then you just get hella baked or save it if you want.
