Cutting roots in areo help

ok so I might have fucked myself here but not sure scents this is my first areo run .. My roots on about 6 plants have created a Mat at the bottom of the tote that I dont think I can just pull apart I have roughly a week before I put them in flower can I just cut in between with some scissors to separate , and give them a week to recover before placing them in flower or are those plants lost?? Here are some pics the plants are really healthy don't want to lose them

Cut between, you'll be fine. I've had to chop almost all of the roots off a plant way up to the bottom of the net pot and it recovered.

I don't think you'll have any problems at all.
