cylee's First CFL Afghan Kush from Seed!

They look really good. Clones don't have to look so hot while they root just like small seedlings but they will grow rapidly when put into veg. I really like the way your using your light, it looks very efficient because of the good size of em. Keep it up they look nice and healthy.

Sup guys,

Everything's going good, but I feel like the 12/12 from seed is going better than the main Afghan.

Does anyone have any idea how much time my plant has left to go?

Thanks

Hmm.. found a couple of browned pistils.. is that okay?

The seed source tells me that flowering time is 8-9 weeks

Also.. my buds don't seem to be fattening up.. Maybe it's just me :( what do you guys think?

Did anyone try open sesame/beastie bloomz/cha-ching line of nutes from fox farms? Maybe the Fox Farms flowering nutes suck..

Help me guys

:leaf:

See how the leaves have kind of a shiny waxy appearance? You could be giving it just a little bit too much nutes

How are the two correlated in any way? There is no sign of nute burn anywhere whatsoever as well.

Also, I'm following the nutrient schedule/amounts accurately so I don't really think it's a nute overdose problem

nah maybe theyre just slowin down a lil before the final push....... and your leaves look fine in my opinion

When should I flush? I know it's 7-10 days before harvest but how do you know that your trichomes will be as you want in 10 days?

idk if you understand what i'm saying but can someone help with this one?

They're correlated "in any way" because thats a sign of too much N, and you want less N in flower. Take it easy man, i'm trying to help you

Oh I didn't mean to sound skeptical/critical at all. Keep in mind that I'm a first time grower, so I'm learning. It's just that I didn't hear anywhere that shiny waxy leaves mean too much N? Could you provide me a link?

K, so the site i got the seeds from tells me that flowering time is 8-9 weeks

When do the hairs start turning brown?

Do the trichomes turn amber before hairs turn brown?

I just don't know when to expect what.
