Would you mind explaining your entire setup because you could be doing more harm than good taking your plant in and out of the tent.

most soils are too HOT (rich in nutrients) for young plants to start directly in them and sometimes issues aren’t apparent straight away etc.
Temp is usually 24 humidity45/50 led full spectrum (2 ) it's says lumens 5850lm says 1000w led (lol I'm sorry I'm just reading it if no idea y I have 2 lights in there I guess wasn't sure of wattage ,I don't understand stuff like that ,I have humidifier at left side of her and fan opp by vent, passive intake ,4 inch inline fan with carbon filter (not using carbon filter yet) vents out ,sorry if I appear thick and obviously greatly under knowledged

Firstly your light is not a 1000w LED it is an equivalent.
Which means it’s possibly 100w of actual LED power.
the reason you have 2 lights is most likely when you have 1 light on its blue and when the other is on its red and when they’re on together it’s BLURPLE.
Blurple is the worst kind of LED light but it will allow you to grow a plant.
Your light most likely needs to be about 18” above your plant.
Your soil should be soil. Worm castings are an additional component of the soil.
allow your plant to get quite dry before watering again and survey the plant after a few days and see if it’s improving.

If it’s a very purple light with all lamps on then it’s the older LED tech and it has progressed on from these designs.
usually the older designs say things like 600w equivalent or 1000w equivalent.
But that is not the case unfortunately.
I’m not much of a soil guy.
but it wouldn’t hurt to look into how to use the worm castings. What type of soil to buy, what extra amendments to mix in, the idea is to make your medium light and airy with good water holding capabilities.

That soil looks like mud.
I suggest transplanting that immediately into a container about double that size with a organic soil. Add 30% perlite for aeration. Id also suggest not watering once you have transplanted for a day or so. This will allow the dry soil to absorb some of the excess moisture allowing the roots to gain oxygen.
Overwatering is a product of the roots sitting in to much moisture to long. With that soil you have it is retaining water for way to long. Roots begin to drown and will rot due to it. Perlite is a necessity.
