Anyway, last summer I used tweezers and pointed the tap root down. This time after reading a Sticky I poured it in instead of tweezers. SUCKER GREW UPSIDE DOWN!!!

So what did I do? Shit , be lazy and not get tweezers and poked a divot and blew it in a liittle deeper. I should probably fix it
 
Each time you fuck with you little toy, gently water it, as much is going on your young inexperienced eyes can't see or understand or want too
 
Not sure who or where you were told to plant it upside down as tap root down has always been the way. I can see in the pic it was barely covered up The entire tape root should be covered then the top of the sprout under one quarter to one half inch soil with light right on top of it.
 
Lol i dont even know how this could happen... Dont seeds fall off plants and land at all sorts of angles? I thought they knew the ground from the sky... I didnt know it would actually grow upside down if you planted it upside down

It's called Gravitropism or Geotropism.

For some reason people who grow pot think the seeds cant figure out how to grow vertically out of a pot of soil. So they sprout in paper towels and masturbate the poor seeds to death.

Seed vendors love this I imagine.
 
Wet your peat moss a day in advance. That's what most seed starter mixes are. Pulverized peat moss, it's kind of hard to get it wet the first time.

Poke a hole about 1/4" deep and drop a seed in and pinch the hole shut and keep it moist for 2-3 days and you will see a plant emerge when the other guys are juggling seeds on wet paper towels.
 
Lol. Well I don't do wet paper towel. I use shot glass. I wait till the seed cracks and exposes the inner flesh. Point it down ward. Then I don't have to gues wether its root came out. I usually use a pencil, poke the eraser end in and put it in there. I messed up.

Anyone ever messed with the beans before and they still come out ok? Im going to wait it through anyway. Just wondering
 
I'm sure if you left it it would have straightened out if it could get its root planted. But ain't nobody got time for that.

How it happened is really pretty simple, they planted it upside down.
 
I'm going to do soil again soon. I'll try just the soil method. Going to wait for the other bean to sprout here using this coco. I'll give the rockwool cube a go too. I need to pop some nice flowers and veggies too .
