Damn Nirvana seeds

I think technically mine are flowering, I looked down at some calyxs today and there are a lot of multi pistils. They are just hard to see on top because of so much growth. Very different from my white widow last year. It takes like two months for NL and Swiss to get to harvest. He's right a watched pot never boils.

now the waiting game begins, things slowly swell, and very slowly do they start to get just a bit frosty. Gonna be a long wait. End of sept/early oct.. come on!

I'd be too paranoid to order offline anyways. Maybe someday but not right now. Relax, I am sure it will work out

I don't really see what the issue is, they look like very healthy plants. Let nature take it's course.

On the nirvana note, I will continue to use them. I had one serious issue with them one time. They always took care of the minor issues no problems. I had a large order that never arrived, they offered to replace half of it a month later. I had already ordered seeds from another company and had them vegging by the time we got it straightened out. In the end they did come to the table able a replaced 75% of the order. Hard to complain about that. So they are still good in my book.

im at 38 degrees latitude and mine arent budding either!!!

i have a big fear for the outdoor season this year, the weather has changed from the norm. all of the farmers in my area are experiencing major problems because their fruit is not ripe yet its time to harvest... in fact this summer we've only had five 100+ degree days, we normally experience 25 dys of 100 degree weather.

and that is a RED FLAG my friends!!!

ahhh, I'm from ohio. We've had at least 30 high nineties weather this year. prolly about 5-7 100 degree days. Thats hot for us, did that last year too. Mine are prolly 2 weeks into flowering. Looking good. How about you other ohio people who have posted?

I'm a little late here, but that might only make it more silly that you were worried, because I'm not. It's the 19th and it's just barley about to start.(for my plants)

im in southeast ohio growing nirvana beans and they started flowering mid july.

well only my male started today and i was getting excited... still waiting on my female any time now since her brother just started

What would cause a plant not to bud? I dont want to leave them in the ground if their not going to flower -=/

They will flower. WHERE are you? Down south? Im pretty far south and my outdoor plants are just now starting to barely show beginning buds.

Dont worry--- every day the hours of light get fewer. Soon as the plants "feel" the growing number of hours of dark, they will bud.

Look for your harvest around mid Oct.

Of course if you're in a hurry, you can stick a big cardboard box over the plant after 12 hours of light. But....you gotta NOT forget to remove the box every morning.

Be patient--the plant knows what it's doing.

Now....when you say, "Nirvana", do you mean Gypsy Nirvana/ seed boutique? Or the other Nirvana, a seed house (NOT a seed bank). GypsY Nirvana/seed boutique is great. Nirvana (the other one) sucks. They basically use the name, "Nirvana" so that people who google Nirvana, looking for Gypsy Nirvana will think they've found that great seed bank. So....be sure to google Gypsy Nirvana or go to seedboutique.com.

One of them is in the UK, the other is in the Netherlands. Im pretty sure Gypsy Nirvana is in the Netherlands and Nirvana is the UK....but I may have that backwards.

I wouldn't say they suck my plant's have been exactly what was stated. I have heard more bad about gypsy then anyone in the business. But i have never tried to order from him, from what i read makes me leary. But honestly i was looking at his sight the other and thinking of placing a small order.

hey tristy, don't you have an outdoor thread somewhere? I swear I saw it the other day but an't find it now.
I don't guys, I'm in Norcal, and usually by the end of the first week of August all plants are noticably blooming. I've got some plants this year that are just starting, so I think some starins are late staring this year, but like said above, they will flower, I just hope the late start doesn't turn into too late of a finish for me here.

yea wheezer it was in my sig, but i replaced it with a little closet breeding thing i got goin. Outdoor section called Another ohio grow. Been a rough year for me outside 35 days no rain leaf spot disease thieves dug up 40 after they were in the ground for over a month but i have a few left.
