At the very least, it has already gotten media coverage ALL saying how ridiculous our laws and hit & miss enforcement is when legalization is imminent. Write your mp and premier and express your disgust at the waste of your hard-earned tax dollars. Embarrassment and ridicule are great tools.

Be prepared for the MJ question from your listing agent. From what I hear all realtors are now asking if MJ was ever grown in the house.
It's part of disclosure just like water in your basement, mold, fire, ect. If you fail to disclose it you could be sued by the new owners if there's damage that need to be fixed.
Yeah..ike i asked the question about if he basement leaked or not when i bought it... the answer was no... a flat out lie i found out soon enough. 20k later for weeping tile and that prob is fixed, but i could never prove they lied even though they did... i wont feel guilty about lying about that...particularly because whoever will never know. I run a solid, clean and proper garden just for peace in my own mind...
