so why cant I meet my patients with multiple bags of medicine bagged up? where the LAW stating I cant do that? shit I can travel with up to 15 zips, each in their own bags if I so desire.
I have 5 legal patients plus myself. 72 plants and up to 15 oz of usable medicine is allowed.
There isnt a law that says you CANT & at the same time there isnt a law that specifically says you CAN , the laws are vague at best & offer zero protection from arrest or seizure .
Im well versed in the law & at one point legally grew 400 plants , ive petitioned the Governor to set aside my felony drug conviction so i could grow for my sick wife , owned & operated a dispensary for 3 yrs , ive been in & outta court so many times we've spent well over $200k in legal fees over the yrs just with Figer Law Firm & another $60k with Manley & Manley law Firm so i know the laws well , i paid to learn them , if you have something of high resale value the cops will seize it & make you prove in court the seizure wasn't legal , most cant afford the huge legal fees to fight the seizure & loose their shit , cops depend on seizure money dearly , you can wave your med card at the tow truck thats hauling your car off if the cops CHOOSE to seize it , then its up to you & how much money you can afford in legal fees to stop them from selling it .
What card holding people are forgetting is the cops enforce the laws how they see fit , they also use the laws loosely in order to self fund their own salaries by seizing valuable items ,the police chief in the City of Linden has openly said dozens of times he dont care about med mj laws & demands his police arrest any & all people possesing mj , even with a card , one of my sons lives on the lake out in Linden & has been raided for growing 10 plants even though he's legal for 12, the prosecutor filed for property seizure but since the home is listed as a rental & owned on paper by an Incorporated company i own they couldnt seize the home without prior use as a drug house or public nuisance , my son showed them his med card , the cops in Frankenmuth routinely arrest everybody with weed to protect the tourists & will boot your door down fast to seize a home .
We have a house in Bloomfield Hills where the cops threatened to smash the iron gate down if i didnt open it because a neighbor reported my wife & i smoking weed on the front porch, we were somking several joints but i denied ever smoking weed & showed them my cigarettes, they asked permission to go inside & look for drugs which we promptly denied , that put us on their radar .
They also were going to murder both our registered American Bulldog Attack dogs because the meter reader from Con Ed couldn't access the property , its a gated property as most are in Bloomfield Hills with digital meters that can be read remotely , we pulled in just as a cop was drawing a bead on 1 dog with his 12 gauge & honked the fuk outta the horn so he wouldn't shoot , to this day i suspect the cops needed an excuse to get on the property & then claim they smelled weed , then search the home for another grow since i was the owner of a dispensary , i know they were looking for a reason to seize the property , sell it & pay all their salaries for a year or more .
Then the same cops came to our door looking for my son who hasnt lived at home in 22 yrs & claimed they saw drug paraphernalia & busted their way in damaging a $3,000 door , they terrified my wife , threatened to kill her helper dog & tried seizing a 4 ft tall 6 person hooka that was hand made for her in Lebanon by a master hooka carver, we showed them our med cards & were told to shut up ,the glowing paraphernalia they saw was my fukin Mcintosh stereo gear watt meters ,the hooka bowl is huge & had about an ounce in it along with a bunch of chunks of hash , the hash they tried claiming was black tar heroin ,if my extremely wealthy surgeon neighbor who likes us wouldnt of came over & started questioning the cops about harassing a sick woman in a wheel chair & taking cell phone video they woulda arrested us , instead a sergeant showed up & issued us an appearance ticket & seized the contents from the hooka for testing for heroin , we showed the sergeant our med cards as well to no avail, the judge looked at our cards , the lab results showing thc & dismissed the charges but it still cost me $5,200 in legal fees ,our lawyer tried to get the court to pay for the damaged door & was denied with the judge defending the cops smashing the window wall of the door & then kicking the door open after they unlocked it , he said since i refused entry to the cops who were trying to serve an arrest warrant ( Traffic Warrant ) & their sight of paraphernalia that I WAS AT FAULT for property damage , if the test woulda showed anything other than thc or either one of us not have a med card the home woulda been seized & sold .
The asshole cops is Davidson pulled the wife & i over while riding our bikes & discovered a few joints in my wifes saddle bag & told us that bike was being impounded until the joints were tested ,davidson cops refused to even look at our med cards ,they then inspected my 1952 Panhead & discovered no front brake & supposedly no clutch , i pointed out that the bike has a clutch but you use your foot instead of hand grip clutch & that its factory oem equipment up until 1953 , they declared the bike non road worthy & unsafe to operate & impounded both bikes , they planned on selling them off & it cost me over $10 k in legal fees getting the bikes back , the Panhead alone is worth over $50k ,they wanted it & fought hard to keep it , the weed & supposed faulty equipment was the reasons for seizures & they even went as far as trying to introduce new hearsay evidence of
us being under the influence while driving yet no feild sobriety tests were done , they tested the contents of the joints as well , obviously our lawyer objected & we got our bikes back but not without fighting the seizure & spending huge amounts of cash .
At our summer place in Frankenmuth they knocked on our door demanding we put up the 2 attack dogs that roam the property or they would kill them both , after i locked the dogs in the kennel me & my wife were both held at gun point by a cop with an assault rifle while a bunch of other cops demolished several sections of privacy fence behind the barn to get at the 6 massive bushes i had growing legally , the plants were behind a barn in the back of 20 acres bordering forest in a 12 ft high enclosure , the plants were in a gated & locked enclosure that was 700 ft from the road & in no way visable to the public,i was in compliance with the law but they chopped my plants anyway & refused to acknowledge our rights to grow , i spent another $6,500 in legal fees winning that case & didnt get compensation for the product or damage to property .
I bought my wife a Jaguar xjr coupe for our 35th anniversary , its a 400 hp turbocharged car so i couldnt resist opening it up on I-69 comming back from the hospital in Ann Arbor & got clocked at 120 mph, i had a few grams & a one hitter in the glove box , Ann Arbor has a law where small amounts under an ounce is a misdemeanor yet the State Police still impounded the car & then filed for seizure of the vehicle, 7 months & another fat wad of legal fees & we got the car back with menthol cigarette butts in the ashtray & the tank on empty , some fukin cop was driving our car ! They were so sure they were gonna get to keep the car it was stored at the state police post instead of an impound lot , had i not been able to spend $10k proving the seizure was invalid the car woulda been sold .
Cops enforce the laws in Michigan how they see fit & will arrest you & damage your property knowing the case will get thrown out of court if you hire good a lawyer , they count on people not being able or willing to spend the legal fees to fight them ,most cant afford to prove the seizure invalid, that med card means nothing against seizure laws , nothing ! , thats why i hire Figer Law Firm for everything so the courts can see im seroius about keeping whats mine & its gonna cost them a fortune to keep my shit .
The dude who posted this thread exclaiming Michigan is such a cool state with very relaxed Mj laws is not well informed , if his friends who got arrested for felony drug possesion & didnt get their vehicles impounded , seized & sold its because the cars were pos or they were snitching hard , the cops here have been stealing my shit for over 40 yrs & will do it to anybody with something of high resale value , nobody listen to the origional post in this thread because its dangerously misleading information .
