I told her she shouldn't had done all that! That I'm the 1 that should've been getting her something since "Mothers day" is coming up!! So we had went to the store earlier, I went right to the meet section, picked out some good meet that would make some good beef jerky, got home & went to town!! Haha.. it only took a solid 2 hrs running, and we had some damn good homemade beef jerky!! I don't like mine so tuff you can't chew it!! But, I wanted to make sure it was done so I checked the temp, and everything looked good there 150*!! It was just right when I pulled it!! here's a pic!! Yummm yummm!!
I am about to pull out my dehydrator, already got a chunk of cow in freezer for about 3 weeks now, kills me I didn't even think to do it last week on my day.Anyone up 4 sum beef jerky?? Haha..
I went to my mothers yesterday, poor thing! She had purchased me a new dehydrator outta the blue for no reason! She just said she wanted to get me something!
