Ok great, so should i add my water and nutes at a pH at around 7.5 because i know that the runoff will be significantly lower? or should i feed at a perfect pH and nevermind the runoff pH?
I always add the nutes then ph it between 6 And seven...I never worry about the run off but I use fox farm soil, it comes with ph buffers lime and oystershell I think.. so I don't worry about it but I always ph anything i put into it though . I would ph it to 6.5 or somewhere around that area.

You don't need to use anymore Cal mag.. sometimes ph gets low and the plant locks out certain nutrients. And gets certain deficiencies. So you try to fix it by giving it more..when the problem is that the ph is off it has nothing to do with them not having enough..so sometimes when you fix your ph problems you encounter others because of the overabundance of unnecessary nutrient..

Ok i use fox farm happy frog and ocean forest, but this specific plant is straight happy frog. Will pH at 6.5 before feeding and not worry about the runoff anymore. about how long until i see any noticeable changes?

also man thanks a bunch for helping

If if doesn't get any worse I would consider it a win..A lot of that crispy damage won't fix itself. .One time I got a magnesium deficiency on an outdoor plant ..iI wasn't giving it any calmag. So I bought a bottle .it worked.. The damage didn't change much if any but all the new growth was beautiful and lush...After a while the new growth covered all the old..it was vegging. in your case if it doesn't get worse it shold be fixed.

Woke up today to the plant getting worse, i didnt feed last night i just fed about 20 minutes ago. Some of the leaves went from showing a Ca Def, to turning a pale green, almost yellow and wilting badly. Man i just dont know what im doing wrong, this has only started happening after using Fox farms soils and products.
