Dark green drooping leaves...

Hey

Sorry I don't have a picture. Can't find my memory card for my camera for some odd reason.

Anyway...my plants have dark green but droopy leaves. They are kinda skinny also kinda like if they are underdeveloped or something.

I tried looking around on here but nobody had any pictures that looked like my problem.

I was thinking if it could be a ph problem? They are still growing fine tho.

I'll try to post pics when i can if nobody can determine what it is by then.

Pictures would be ideal...but narrow, drooping leaves?

Yikes...it could be a number of things! Usually this is caused by under-, or over-watering.

Hmmm...I was sorta thinking that but this is my 3rd grow. Wouldnt think i would start f-ing up on over or under watering

I'll try to post pictures.

Not all the leaves are like this tho.

They seem to be getting more claw like now

I dont think its rootbound since its been doing this before they could even have a chance to rootbound if they are

First two pics are from when i first started this thread but never could get them on a computer at the time. The last 2 are from today.

Kinda shows how it went from skinny to pretty much clawing

Never had this problem before til this grow.

I unno about to close to the HPS cause the smallest plant is 25inches away.

i have computer fans going in my wall out to the other side of the room and vice versa.

Then again this didnt start til i went from a metal halide to a 400watt hps but they did find til they started budding.

Its heat bro, either increase ventilation or move the light away. I dont know your space constraints but I definitely would have vegged a bit more and used 3 gallon pots. It would make it more worth it in the end. Also, if you are NOT using nutes then they are probably hungry. Wouldnt you? I just found out that my babies were STARVING. I was trying to be way to gentle with the nutes.. 1/4, 1/2, 1/2, etc. I was getting droopy leaves on a few of them and yellowing on the lowers. Day after I used full strength they all grew about 1/2 inch and all yellow/droopy problems are gone. If you want to stay away from normal feeding just get some organic worm castings and bat guana and make a warm tea to feed them.

Hmmm...alright i'll have to get more fans cause I only have 3.

These are autoflowering so no control on vegging.

Last grow when i used nutes all 3 strains looked and smelled the same. Someone on here told me to try no nutes to see if that was the problem.

You make a good point tho. I'm going to just go back to what i was doing before.
