Day 38, a week into flowering - scrog?

I have two females, alice and phaedra. You can see current pics of them in the grow journal thread, search for 'aquashift white widows'.

They are indica dominant, growing very fast (about 15 and 18 inches respectively).
I topped alice once, and fimmed phaedra twice when they were vegging.. and they have different heights. what should I do to make them the same height for maximum light for both of them? Scrogging? I dunno if I should scrog when they're already flowering.
Any help is appreciated.

Put holes in the sides of your pots, get some twist ties and start tying branches down until desired height and uniform is achieved.

Ok, can I start scrogging now even though they're into their second week of flowering? And, if so, how high should the screen be? They're about 18 inches now.

I topped one.. I have two nice looking shoots that will be awesome colas. It's a little stretched though.

ive tried different things: Scrog, topping, fimming, LST

i didnt like scrog, LST + fiming and topping seems to be the best in my opinon
