I would say any time from now until 10 days from now is your harvest window. Some strains will keep letting out white hairs because it will continue to produce new calyxes. This does not necessarily means that it's not done. Those amber trichs that you see now if you wait 14 days more they will be fully degradated so you have to take that into consideration as well. The window for peak maturity is not that big as how some people seem it is. So it's not just waiting 14 days, it's also the time it takes to dry that you have to take into consideration. Just because you chop her doesn't mean that the trichs are done maturing, they still do a few days after you chop her and during the curing process as well. IMO that last "bulging" that people refer to during the last weeks already happen for you. If you leave her for 14 more days she will not gain that much significant size and the trichs will become more degraded and the end potency will be affected. I say chop that girl either tomorrow or the day after, max 3 days more. She looks great though, very good work.
