I know you're right, I'm just anxious. Thank you. I'll wait. No, no, no. Dont chop yet. The pistils will curl back, and the calyxs will swell. At least a couple weeks. Be patient man. You won't regret it.
We all are anxious our first grows. Thankfully the good folks here saved me from chopping too soon. I would have never known what I was missing. They really fatten up at the end if you let them. Nice job so far though. Keep it up.I know you're right, I'm just anxious. Thank you. I'll wait.
There's a lot of debate on that topic. Are you in soil, and what are the nutes you're feeding? I'm growing in living organic soil, so I don't worry about flushing.Do you guys recommend flushing at this point, or should I still be feeding?
Sorry, details would help. Yes, they are in soil. I've been using the Fox Farms trio plus Liquid Karma and some molasses. I was using CalMag but stopped because I didn't need more nitrogen. There's a lot of debate on that topic. Are you in soil, and what are the nutes you're feeding? Cal-mag doesn't have N in it as far as I know. But if you're in FFOF, that has quite a bit of N. I'm not a fan off Fox Farms nutes except Big Bloom, but I'm keeping it organic. I'm still using my original FFOF, but it's been amended with a bunch of stuff since, and been turned into a living soil.Sorry, details would help. Yes, they are in soil. Thank you! I did a ton of research and had help from an experienced friend. I can't wait to see how much these 4 ladies yield.nice first grow! dont chop yet.
I would have chopped my black widow a month early on my first crop. I was convinced it was done but decided to ask. So glad I waited. We all are anxious our first grows. some of them out there are actually pretty high in N, calimagic is used so much in hydro because its one of the lowest available N.Cal-mag doesn't have N in it as far as I know. I have Botanicare's Cal-Mag Plus. It's 2% N (2-0-0).Cal-mag doesn't have N in it as far as I know. But if you're in FFOF, that has quite a bit of N. About a pound *.I can't wait to see how much these 4 ladies yield.
Ok, that makes sense. Mine doesn't have any N. I have been using epsom salt though when I need Mg anymore. My water has plenty of Ca. Good to know.I have Botanicare's Cal-Mag Plus. It's 2% N (2-0-0).
Great looking buds, I can see why youre anxious to chop it!First grow is coming to an end. I'm getting antsy about harvesting. What do you guys think? This weekend is too soon, right?

Thanks, I'll try to stay patient. When I started I was hoping to get a gram-per-watt. I thought that was just me dreaming, but it looks like I might get close. I'm using a Mars Hydro TS 3000, 450 watts.Great looking buds, I can see why youre anxious to chop it!
Weeks to go though.
I think you'll be pretty happy with the outcome of your first yield as long as you arent expecting to pull a pound per plant or something.
