The longer you veg a plant the less it will stretch at 12/12. Looks like you vegged a good long time. You can usually expect most plants to continue to add height through the first 3 weeks or so at 12/12.
If you are concerned about final height being too close to the light you need to work backwards. Hold your hand under the light to find the point where your hand starts to feel uncomfortably warm. That is as close to the light you want the ladies to get. If your hand stops at 48 inches from the floor you know you want them to finish at close to 48 inches tall. With a regular veg period, say 5-6 weeks, you can pretty well count on the plant doubling in size during 12/12. That means veg until they are 24 inches or so then put them to flower.
