Lmao yep whats for dinner? Kabobs smoked tater and bacon wrapped asparagus. the taters and asparagus is already off grill.
oh this is my Baby she is 525 lbs of lean mean smoking/grilling machine made with American steel. and how she looks closed up.

now she is 17 years old and has won competitions for the quality she puts out. Oh her name you ask. Big Momma. cause she cooks like a mom always good and juicy.
 
I am diggin your setup!! I want to give it a go really bad but don't want to get involved until next winter so I can go camping this summer. Plants look beautiful!!!!:bigjoint::weed:

Nice Que!! I would love to replace my bohemoth natural gas Que and electric smoker with something like yours but mine just wont die!!!!
 
My grill is charcoal/wood grill. if i was gonna get another smoker i would get a grill that uses pellets with a auto feeder. then you can use any flavor you want and for real long smokes its automatic.

thank you all. Okay ill catch up over the next few days with pics. I had a light in the ceiling (track light) that some idiot who lived here before installed and almost burnt down my house. Talk about nuts Fire Department/EMT/News/Sheriff's all was here. How they never found my plants is only an act of GOD. Well and my tossing my 400 lbs full freezer 3 feet in front of my closet door to keep them out. My ladies are all 50 miles away right now i have to go check on them later today or early am.All I can say is GOD had my back again.
