it seems easier to get a higher yield (in terms of grams per watt) with one 400 watt as opposed to two 400 watt lamps. come check out the update. i hope i get a good male to come along this time round. i need a good way to sort my seeds, any ideas?

That's awesome about your son, I play guitar and drums and have for quite some time. But I'm more of an acoustic type of guy now. I used to be in a punk band when I was a teenager, but that was a long time ago. Or at least it seems that way!

Well, right now I'm flipping around between all the different strains and phenos constantly. But I seem to keep being drawn back to the AK47 indica pheno and the (ISSxHB#4) which I've been calling 'The Mindfuck' cause it's seriously potent in a dirty, scrambled sort of way. But pretty soon here it's going to be the Super Silver Haze that's drying!

Well this plant/strain definitely yielded the best out of everything that came out of the garden this round (as I've heard others say before). I would guess around 2 zips total for the 1 plant, but I'll have to post the weight later after it's done drying.

I let this girl go for 9 solid weeks to the day. Probably could have let it go for another week and had more yield, but I checked the trics and they were exactly where I wanted them so that's why it got the cut. 90% milky and 10% amber trics.

I really like the bud structure and the yield of course, but this strain grows almost exactly like a damn tomato plant. The stems/stalks are thin and not anywhere near strong enough to support the weight it puts on. The internodal spacing is wide, but since it has so many branches going everywhere it doesn't necessarily cause any problems. The hardest things to manage are the spindly stalks and the random, extreme branching that makes it a straight clusterfuck inside the plant. But if you put up with all this stuff and grow her well, the SSH will produce a high yield of dense, sativa nuggets that look delicious.

I'll let everyone know what it's like once I get to smoke it!

Yeah its weird i've heard that as well with the 400's, and including your grow, i have seen alot of really good harvest's with one so idk why people insist that its not too good. But i'll be the judge for myself once i get mine going

Whats up man. , Outdoor girls were/are Vortex (7wk indoor sativa cut) and a big Void thats going to be huge, at least for me . There's a lot of interesting Void phenos, all indica. Out of 4 tga strains I had about a million different phenotypes. Still have the best 4 or 5 going. Lets see...what made the cut, at least for a little while longer of subs beans? 1. I kept a nice Qleaner sativa cut, lemony taste, potent and done in 8 wks. 2. A Qleaner indica cut for weight. Smells like cat piss in my opinion but my distributor says her customers love it. 3. The sativa Vortex cut aka Gods pussy. I like the fact that it finishes so quick. Actually there are at least 3 vortex sativa phenos that I know of. two are keepers and very similiar, so I'm not really sure if my cut is the same pheno or not, that won the medical cup last month , and 4. An extremely frosty Void cut...nice flavor and potent.

Just getting home from work...sucking down some coffee and enjoying some Ice before I go work on my girls!! I'll tell you about my son later on...He's drums, guitar and vocals lol sound familiar??

lol I used to be able to play a few songs on the guitar but the short answer to your question would be no. His talent came from my ex wifes side of the family. Brains too Guess all he got from me was his good looks. The kid is fifteen, brilliant and looks and acts like he's 21 ( he's 6'2" ). Gets checked out by college age girls all the time!

Well apparently there's something in the water nowadays cause all the kids are like that now it seems. Especially the girls! lol When I was in high school everybody looked like kids basically, you know. Now high schools look more like college campuses if you go by the students.

Toking on some Ice at the moment. Damn that shit is strong....my other jars are getting emptied first cause this last batch is just to strong lol. Trics were ready at day 51 but they didn't come down untill day 53/54. I'll try cutting them closer to seven weeks and see If I can function better then with this stuff ha ha.

Hey check this baby out, day 25 on this girl. She's very indica, tall colas..9 or 10 branches per cola and buds are staying tight to the stalk and has a very nice strong fruity smell. Not the easiest bitch I have ever cloned but she has a few babies that are going strong. I wonder what her heritage is, but I'll never know.

Hey buddy looks like things are going pretty well for ya up there! God I'd so rather be up on the mountain or swimming in the lake there catching perch and cooking em on the grill then here in the TX summer heat. This year we also have humidity! lol

Hey I'd say that looks like a White Widow plant or cross if you asked me, fruity and potent fits the bill. My buddy down here that grows grew some ridiculous WW plants a while back and still talks about getting that fired up again. Def looking good for day 25!

Well it's pretty much been more of the same here as for as the garden goes lately, just flipped the next crop into flower about 5 days ago and all of my clones have rooted in a week flat except for this one pheno (ISSxHB#2) which hasn't done squat yet so this might be the last run for that cut. lol

The AK's I've been running are easy to clone but hard as hell to keep from flowering instantly so I have to keep re-vegging em everytime I clone em which is getting old. Luckily they grow fast so it doesn't really seem to hold anything back. They just start flowering if they don't get tons of light, so under T5's all the bottom branches always flower even in veg and it makes cloning a bitch. The smoke is so good for the am hours though, it's hard for me to let em go.

I've got this one pheno, (ISSxHB#4), that I've been calling the Mindfuck. lol Yields are only average (not bad though) but it is some serious shit let me tell you. Like the kind where you actually feel yourself get higher little by little after every bonghit, almost instantly. This one doesn't get out of the house here for sure!

Well like I said, this plant by far yielded the most and the buds are probably on average the biggest of any of the strains/phenos I'm currently growing right now. I have other phenos that tric-out more, but this one is a straight high-yielder. Given enough light or god forbid being grown outdoors, Whew! lookout this strain would pull tons of weight.

Trimming is a bitch though because the thing grows like a tomato plant or some sort of vine dealy. You'll see muahahaha!

42.3 grams dry was the total for this one plant under my shitty 400. lol Pretty damn good if you ask me!

Smells like spicy, lemon-lime, fuel. Not Kush spicy, but Haze spicy. With a touch of freshness and a hint of skunk. Not the best flavor in the world, but you could do a lot worse.

FYI - total crop yield from last harvest (after adding in the weight from the SSH) came out to 222.1 grams, or 7.93 ounces @ 0.56 GPW.

The Mindfuck pheno ha ha I love it. Sounds like a keeper. AK is a good strain from what Ive heard. Whats the taste and smell?? I have an auto that was given to me and told how to reveg it. This guys uncle keeps the strain going by cloning it. They call it Humble (possibly a Humbolt strain?) Very lemony and good potency. Supposed to be getting a lsd clone from the same people also.

I only call it my mountain cause my ancesters came over from Europe in the mid 1800's and settled near the top bout 3/4 the way up. My 3rd greatgrandfather was the road commisioner in the town where the hydro store is(and then his son was) and he later moved to the town where all the big box stores are now and was road commisioner there too. So they basically built alot of the roads in those areas.

Getting toasted on this Ice at the moment before my woman comes over to get fucked silly. I feel so used sometimes ha ha ha. The general consenses about my Ice among my 2 dist is .....that it's to strong. They are kinda right, I need to chop them down earlier
