A recent shop here in sacramento was raided by the DEA and got a hold of the clubs computer with all the patients visit info and everything ...i never went to that club but ive been to others im just worried if another raid goes on theyll have my name on the computer.do they monitor what u buy? or what

the dea can't look at those files. legally speaking if they did then they would be violating patient rights and any charges they would try to bring against those people would be dismissed.

well yes but they need substantial evidence to obtain a warrant. they can't get a warrant for a person with out looking at the list and if they look at the list they're in violation of patients rights.

DEA does not consider those medical files. They're drug logs. Sorry
It doesn't matter what the DEA considers them. The courts consider them as part of your medical file. the files aren't just a list of names. they are profiles with disease names. The fact that they have conditions and sometimes physician recommendations makes it a medical file.
