Looks alive to me! Also looks like it may be a little too cold for it, not an expert or anything whatsoever lol but when I had some plants in a cold room, the leaves drooped like that until I put a heater in there

leaves look like they are very dark green and also nute burned. just back off a little on the nitrogen until you get the heating problem sorted.
good luck

looks good. you have a heat problem, that's why they're drooping. that or insufficient water... the holes in the leaves concern me - pests... keep a close eye for anything crawling around on your plants and take care of them accordingly

what sort of schedule you using for watering and how much are you giving each watering? Those look underwatered, when you water give at least as much water as the container size and then let the pot get light before watering again.

looks like preflowers in the first pic so looks like you have a lady, treat her proper. does the pot feel heavy, maybe the plants arent drinking much due to the cold or because as stated they have nothing to drink. have you enlarged your draining holes in bottom of pot to let water through when you water. when posting in future try to give a bit of info about your grow such as watering habits and nutes feeding schedule. it will help everyone to give you a better answer to help you.

Thanks for all the help! and sadly to say im using miracle grow=( i was trying to stay away from it but only soil icould find during winter. my light cycle is 18/6 and has been for 3 months now! 2 26watt cfls, not that strong..i know. but once i get a Y adapter or more lights in there thats when im gonna switch to 12/12. I usually water every otherday but i was afraid of overwater so I can understand there underwatered. and I put my space heater next to them. i can see a difference, that you very much!

three months is a long time to veg, the plant will double to triple in size when it goes into flower, dont worry about watering a good bit in one go, the problems start when you water too soon after a good watering. start to judge for your self how heavy the pot feels after a good watering and then dont water until it feels light.
dont worry about the mg soil, a lot of people use it and have some good results if you use it right. you could do with getting a t5 or a t8 down either side and then use the 26w cfls up the top of the plant. when that plant goes to 12/12 its gonna get big!
