Deal or No Deal?

hey so im browsing through this local magazine thing that sells stuff... i was looking for lights and this is wat i found... the headline of the ad says LIGHTS


and this is what the ad says...

(4), metal, 400W Halide, fixtures, $200 all


and then its his phone number and stuff... is this a good deal?

like if its (4) 400 watt lamps with balasts and it comes WITHOUT bulbs is it still a deal?

like i called and the guy is a business owner of some sort by his voicemail ( he didnt pick up) so im guessing it wasnt used for growing, but you never kno... does anybody know what else MH lights are used for? maybe lighting a warehouse or keeping cooked food warm?

anybody see why they wouldnt work?

im thinkin about buyin them but i dont kno if its a good deal... anybody know what these things go for new?

get them asap. bulbs cost a bit but thats 1600 watts for about 420 with bulbs for a good kit compared to 1600 watts online thats looking to get you 1 maby 2 lights with ballasts and you should get two mh to hps bulbs online and you are set for a s.o.g setup so my advice is take a cheap ass start into a good scale s.o.g or what state you live in i may have to buy them off you ive ben looking for some cheap ass lights

i just called the guy... he said they come with bulbs... he said 50 bucks apiece... they are 130 EACH brand new... i gotta grab these things up man it sounds like a great deal

No the could have ballast attached, which would be no good really, unless you can vent the heat.

go to the bank get some $ and go get them. mad cheap setup dude u can grow like 12 oz s.o.g stye every 2 weeks hydro so u got cheap lights you need to get a hydro setup then u will be making $$ but i would do one dirt run then switch and then you wil have more weed than you can smoke and if your good you will have some hq pot and large amounts of it but
whats your space ike ? my advice is a soil s.o.g 2 mh and 2 hps conversion bulbs
