I know you can use leaf to make butter and oils but do decarb it and how? The same procedure as nugs?

Yes the same as nugs, but I would use 3-4 times the weight. Do the extraction first with oil, then decarb the oil. I use 240° for 25 minutes or until it stops making bubbles when stirred.
